Ford Mustang Mach-E GT SUV

2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT SUV – Pricing, Specs

The Ford Mustang Mach-E has already been a galloping hit. But things are about to get even more unbridled with the arrival of the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT performance edition. Yes, this is the one we’ve been waiting for.

Power Figures – Mustang Mach-E GT

The standard Mach-E GT gets a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup. With, 480 horsepower and 600-pound feet of torque. Just for comparison’s sake, the current Mustang GT V8 coupe has similar horsepower. But 180 fewer pound-feet of torque.

We got told to expect 250 miles of range. Performance editions – get recalibrated motors that deliver an extra 34 pound-feet of torque. As well as a track-oriented setup for the all-wheel-drive system for better grip. And 3.5 seconds 0 to 60 mph.

The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT Performance Upgrades

The 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT gets red Brembo brake calipers. Unique 20-inch wheels with Pirelli performance tires and magnetite damping. Both also add an unbridled extended drive mode for track use only. That dials back traction and stability control significantly. And, pumps a little more simulated engine noise into the cabin.

In case you’re keeping score, though still slower than the ultimate Teslas. The Ford Mustang Mach-E GT performance edition is not only faster than the petrol-powered Mustang GT. It’s on par with the Mustang Shelby GT500.

Other Added pieces of equipment

The Ford Mustang Mach-E GT include-

  • Special paint colors,
  • Illuminated pony badge,
  • And carbonized gray trim for the outside
  • Ford performance seats,
  • Metallic stitching,
  • And unique Miko trims for the inside.

While some cool details indicate its sporty soul. The Mach-E GT doesn’t scream performance. It’s probably the most subtle Mustang to ever wear a GT badge. And while I’ve got you triggered. Ford Mach-E GT with all-wheel drive will be the safest Mustang to ever speed away for a car and coffee.

Ford dealers are taking orders now, with fall deliveries expected for the 2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT. Which starts at around 60000 Dollars, adds another 5000 dollars for the performance edition.

Pravaig Dynamics Extinction Mk1

Indian EV Startup Pravaig Dynamics Has Unveiled Their Extinction Mk1

Overview of Pravaig Dynamics Extinction Mk1

This is extremely exciting, an Indian EV startup called Pravaig Dynamics. It has unveiled a made in INDIA luxury electric car called the Extinction Mk1. Now, if you’re anything like me, and you see a photograph like this.

You are probably thinking, that this is just a concept. Or maybe this is just something that they put together in a 3D software. But this is actually a real car. And apparently, they’re aiming to have it on Indian roads by 2021 in cities like Delhi and Bengaluru. So, let me throw some information at you guys.

Changing & Performance of Extinction Mk1

First, this is going to be the first made in INDIA electric car. With a range of more than 500 kilometers, that’s more than 310 miles. Pravaig Extinction MK1 is powered by a 96 kWh battery pack and generates roughly 200 Ps. And 0-100 in Just 5.4 Seconds, and the car is capable of achieving a top speed of 196 km/h. Also, the Extinction MK1’s battery will supposedly be able to reach 80% charge in 30 minutes

Extinction Mk1

Safety Rating of Extinction Mk1

And then lastly, it’s expected to have a Global NCAP safety rating of five. And let me put that into perspective for you. Because you might be wondering whether that’s actually a big deal or not having a safety rating of five.

There are only three others made in INDIA cars that have a global NCAP safety rating of five. You’ve got the Tata Nexon, Mahindra’s XUV300, and the Tata Altroz. So yeah, having this five-star Global NCAP safety rating is a pretty big deal.

Can You Buy One?

But there’s also a couple of other things that make the Extinction MK1 a big deal as well. For example, you’re not going to be able to buy one. No, it’s not because of the price tag That hasn’t yet been announced. And it’s also not because they’re only going to be manufacturing 2500 Extinction MK1 every single year. That is going to make it a pretty exclusive and rare EV.

No, the reason that you’re not going to be able to buy an Extinction MK1 is that Pravaig Dynamics is not selling them to customers. Instead, they’re going to be leasing them to fleet operators. So the way that this is going to work is these fleet operators are going to be paying a monthly subscription fee to have access to these vehicles. And along with the vehicles. They’re also going to be receiving a trained chauffeur. This subscription is also going to cover the cost of any electricity that’s consumed during the operation of these vehicles.

And it’s also going to cover the cost of installation of charging stations at the office of the fleet operator. So yeah, this is obviously a very unconventional approach. And it seems like all around Pravaig Dynamics is a very unconventional company.

Extinction Mk1

So I’m actually, really, curious to know what you guys think of this vehicle. Not just in terms of the appearance and the unusual name but also, in terms of the performance. We are talking about safety, we are talking about the range, we are talking about the speed of charging. And then also the super unconventional business model of Pravaig Dynamics. Let me know what your thoughts are on all of this stuff in a comment down below.
